After you have configured the parameters through the local host webgui, remove the default index.php file (which is the default configuration home page) , copy all Jinzora files from www\jinzora folder to \www

For example, during initial config Jinzora files will be in c:\wamp\www\jinzora2. Copy the Jinzora files to c:\wamp\www. Now instead of the configuration index.php home page, Jinzora will now be the default homepage. Remember to delete all non root accounts and give root accounts password so that the apps cannot access the DataBase, this is for security reasons. after you are done click, the wamp system tray icon and select "put online".

Also remove the install folder from the directory, or you will not be able to access Jinzora.
