Jinzora Media Server is a Web Based server application. This means you need a web server to run Jinzora.
To be specific, you need a web server that supports PHP 4 or higher. This is basically the only requirement for Jinzora. A database server is optional, but recommended for larger media collections.
Additionally, you can install optional software like the GD libraries for image resizing.
