Jukebox Mode
From JinzoraWiki
Jinzora can be used in two modes: Jukebox Mode or Streaming Mode.
Streaming Mode
One of Jinzoras core features is on-demand streaming. Pick a song or video and Jinzora streams it to you.
In Streaming Mode, Jinzora sends a media stream directly to a third party player that plays the result. This is used when streaming to one of the Embedded Players (that are installed on your server) or when streaming to a player that's installed locally on the clients computer. The latter can be one of the supported Desktop Players (that are installed on a desktop computer, notebook or tablet PC) or one of the Mobile Players (that are installed on a mobile device, such as a PDA, Pocket PC and Smart Phone).
Streaming Mode is used to enjoy your media from anywhere in the world.
Jukebox Mode
In Jukebox Mode, Jinzora controls another application or hardware device, that's responsible for sending or forwarding the stream to the final player.
Jinzora acts as a Jukebox: You decide what media to play, Jinzora sends your request to the third party application or device that handles the request and sends out the stream to the player. Third party applications that are supported by Jinzora in Jukebox mode are Other Players and Hardware Players.
